This painting depicts a flower market in India, where the merchants are getting set up and there are flowers everywhere. Some have stands, some do not and just set up on the concrete floor. In this piece, I purposefully painted in a soft impressionist style. Please note that I never just take a photo and paint. This is a complete creation, with several preparatory sketches. It is painted in oils on canvas.
